Delivery & returns

Delivery zones

Delivery is complimentary on orders above ₦150,000.

Payment

We currently accept pay on delivery (Abuja and Lagos) and bank transfer. Card payments will be added soon. For transfers, account details are shared with your order confirmation and your order is dispatched once payment reflects.

Returns

Sealed fragrances can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and undamaged. Opened bottles can only be returned if the item is faulty or incorrect. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a pickup or replacement.
